How work reaches you
Usually it does not come through us at all. Your page carries your own phone number and your own email, and a customer who finds you rings you. That is the point.
Sometimes a job comes in that needs more than one trade. When that happens Sawtell Contracting NT takes the job as head contractor, prices it, and engages whoever is right for the parts it cannot do, the same way any head contractor engages a subcontractor. You are asked, you quote your part, and you say yes or no. There is no roster, no obligation, and no arrangement between the trades listed here about who does what.
What happens after you send this
- Nothing goes live automatically. Your listing is a draft until a person reviews it and speaks to you.
- We check you are who you say you are — licence, ABN and insurance. Being on this site has to mean something, or it means nothing.
- Your data stays yours. Ask for your page and your details to be removed at any time and they will be.
- No fee. If that ever changes you will be told before it does, not after.
